These gear pumps are now manufactured by Turolla, which is part of the Sauer Danfoss group.

Examples shown are group 3 gear pump series SNP3/SNP3NN (on the left) and group 2 gear pump series SNP2/SNP2NN (on the right).

Turolla OCG high performance gear pumps are fixed displacement pumps which consist of the pump housing, drive gear, driven gear, DU bushings, rear cover and front flange, shaft seal and inner/outer seals. The pressure balanced design of the pumps provides high efficiency for the entire series.

A Sauer Danfoss PVG32 hydraulic valve showing the individual components. Parts shown are lever assembly, inlet cover, worksection complete with spool, actuator, end cover plate and assembly kit. P & R Hydraulics Ltd can supply items individually or as an assembled PVG32 hydraulic valve. This valve can also be multi-functional with more working sections. The PVG32 load independent valve can be used for applications with flow up to 130 l/min and pressure up to 350 bar.

Sauer Danfoss have introduced a PVG100 proportional valve - which can be supplied by P&R Hydraulics Ltd. This load independent proportional valve has flow up to 180 l/min and pressures up to 350 bar.

Sauer-Danfoss mini motors are ideal in industrial applications and for work functions in the mobile sector, e.g. mobile conveyors in harvesting machines.

Principal OML and OMM characteristics are:
- Spool valve integrated with output shaft
- Gearwheel set with fixed rim
- Suitable for long periods of operation at moderate pressure and short periods
of operation at high pressure
- High radial and axial bearing capacity.
