All in a day's work

A local fisherman brought in a hydraulic motor for inspection and possible reseal.  Unfortunately the motor was beyond economical repair because the shaft was badly worn.  The fisherman ordered a new motor and needed it urgently because he was due out on the open sea in two days time and it operated the winch used to pull in the crab pots.  We did not hold the hydraulic motor in stock, however, our sales team managed to source one and arranged for a next day morning delivery.  Our customer returned to collect the hydraulic motor and kindly gave us a tray of freshly cooked crabs as a thank you.

It was all in a day’s work for our team, but  it was lovely to know it was appreciated and to receive such a kind gesture from a satisfied customer.

 

Hydraulic Repairs - hydraulic motor (MHA1400C107BV1512226)

Roll on the good weather and a day out at the fairground ...

Today our engineer is delivering a repaired HTL hydraulic motor (Hydrostatic Transmissions Limited) to a fairground ride owner.  The hydraulic motor (MHA1400C107BV1512226) was sent to our workshop and upon inspection was found to have a broken output shaft and worn cylinder block.  A new shaft and cylinder block were fitted, together with a seal kit, oldham plate, bearing cup and cone sets.  After re-assembly the HTL hydraulic motor was tested on our in-house test rig and then prepared for despatch to our customer.

157B4033 PVG32 PVEH Actuator 11/32V – Sauer Danfoss

P & R Hydraulics is an official distributor for Sauer Danfoss hydraulic products, of which the 157B4033 PVG32 PVEH Actuator 11/32V is one of our popular products.

This particular PVE module has a Hirschmann connector and passive fault monitoring.  We also stock and supply models with AMP connector and Deutsch connector, passive and active fault monitoring.

PVE = proportional valve electrical actuator.  The Sauer Danfoss PVE is built on more than 30 years experience of electrical valve control and is the perfect fit for their high performance proportional valves PVG32, PVG100 and PVG120.  The philosophy of electrohydraulic actuation, type PVE, is integration of electronics, sensors and actuators into a single unit that interfaces directly to the proportional valve body.

P&R Hydraulics supplies official Sauer Danfoss hydraulic products, including pumps, motors, valves, steering units, seal kits etc.  The PVEH Actuator (157B4033) can be supplied separately or as part of an assembled PVG32 valve.  P&R Hydraulics can custom build PVG32, PVG100 and PVG120 valves to customer’s specifications. We also perform repairs, tests and inspections of  hydraulic units in our in-house workshop.
