What a day for Danfoss PVG valves!

Our engineers have been working closely with our customers in order to spec and assemble the following PVG proportional valves:-

PVG32 - 10 bank with mid inlet
PVG32 - 5 bank
PVG32 + hybrid on/off valve
PVG100 - 2 bank

The Danfoss PVG proportional valves are of a module system design which enables customisation for varying vehicle control needs and provides an almost infinite number of configurations. All parts are interchangeable, so valve specifications can be easily altered to accomodate new functions.

Danfoss PVG 120 proportional valve

For the most demanding applications, only the highest flow and the highest pressure will do. The PVG 120 is built to take control.

Rock-solid control and optimum safety are more critical than ever when it comes to the biggest applications and the heaviest tasks. The load-sensing PVG 120 is a combined directional and flow control valve made for high flow, high pressure demands.

A Danfoss PVG120 single section valve was built and tested in our workshop to our customer's specifications, using the following components:-

The Hydrapower high viscosity (HV) superior oil is suitable for use in most hydraulic systems where a high viscosity lubricant is required, such as self-propelled harvesters, hydrostatic drives and where heat and wear is a problem. This product is formulated using very high Shear Stable VI improvers in order to meet the high demands of Poclain Hydraulics.
